TechZone 101 How to Reboot Your Modem and Set Top Box

TechZone demonstrate what to do if you're experiencing service interuptions with your modem or set top box. If the lights are off or your service is not working for your modem, try unplugging the device form the back and wait five minutes. Then plug it back in and wait for all the lights to appear. If the lights on your set top box display four dashes, or you see a Not Authorized message, or if it doesn't turn on at all, try unplugging it from the back and wait five minutes. Then plug it back in. If your modem or set top box does not start working again within 10 minutes of re-plugging the device, please call DOCOMO PACIFIC at 688-CARE or 488-CARE
