How do I update my software?
On your Galaxy S20, S20+, or S20 Ultra perform the following steps:
- Open the Apps drawer by swiping up from the bottom of the Home screen.
- From the Apps screen, tap Settings.
- Scroll down and tap on Software Updates.
- Download and install
- Follow the rest of the onscreen prompts to download and install new system updates on your phone.
- How do I know I have the correct Software Update?
- Ensure your software is updated with Version: G988U1UEU1ATG2 (See image below)
What do I do if I am unsuccessful at downloading the latest Software Update?
