What speeds and activities can I expect from WiFi Starter Pack?
WiFi Starter Pack provides internet speeds of up to 25.0 MBPS where you can browse the web, send e-mails, attend class virtually and connect on social media.
Are there any limitations to WiFi Starter Pack?
PRODUCT PLACEMENT Avoid crowding by clearing any movable objects around your router. Place the router in an area of your home where you receive the strongest signal.
WEATHER may impact the speed and stability of your WiFi Starter Pack connection. Heavy rains and high humidity levels could cause interference, thus reducing the speed.
ACCESS POINTS Unlike mobile internet services such as cellular, fixed wireless service is tied to one physical access point per subscriber and does not support roaming.
If I move homes, can I take the router with me?
Yes, you may take the router/device with you to your new home. Please call us at 671-688-2273 or 670-488-2273 to update your account records prior to moving homes.
Is WiFi Starter Pack eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)?

Can I add WiSP to a LINK bundle?
At this time, WiSP cannot be added to LINK bundles.
