DOCOMO PACIFIC remains committed to ensuring full compliance with Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 by rendering telecom services and products to all persons, including those individuals with disabilities.

All persons have access to Hearing Aid Compatible (HAC) rated handsets and other telecom devices which enable communications and availability. DOCOMO PACIFIC also has outreach programs for all citizens in its stores and offices which aim at accessibility, learning, and training to help elderly and disabled subscribers with new technologies, products, and services.

DOCOMO PACIFIC looks to formally engage with governmental and non-governmental organization entities which focus on persons with disabilities on additional assistive technology programs in the coming future.
