Voicemail Instructions

This service, also known as Message Center, is a variant of Busy and Delayed Call Forwarding, and redirects unanswered or busy calls to a voicemail server. The calling party may leave messages on the server. The subscriber dials an access code to retrieve these messages. This is a standalone feature.

Voicemail is an additional $3.00 per month.

Voicemail Instructions

Setting Up Your VoiceMail Account
  1. Enter six (6) zeros when prompted to enter your PIN. You will be asked to change your PIN and set up your Voice Mail Account.
  2. Short-code (dialing from 969 phone): * 318
  3. Remote Access for voicemail: 1-671-969-5571 (use 10-digit numbers); enter your PIN at voice prompt followed by the # sign, then follow voice prompts to access voicemail.

Common Keys

  • 7: Skip back through prompts
  • 8: Pause / Resume
  • 9: Skip forward through prompts
  • *: Cancel input or move up a level
  • #: End input or move forward in a list
  • 11: Return to the previous menu item or message
