By submitting this reservation request, I understand and acknowledge the following:

  • I will be contacted when the specific device model and color I requested is available. There may be instances where I am contacted after other customers as my desired device (model and color) is not yet available.
  • DOCOMO PACIFIC will make multiple attempts to contact me via phone or email. If I cannot be contacted, I am aware other customers will be contacted, and the allocated device may be released.
  • To avail of the promotional items that accompany the reserved device, I will be required to pick up the device no later than the date specified when I am contacted by DOCOMO PACIFIC. After this time, the reserved device with promotional items may be released.
  • The reserved device must be activated on a minimum Unlimited Flow Plus plan as outlined for the region I reside in. Some conditions apply.
