Eligibility

  • To qualify for DOCOMO PACIFIC’s discount programs, the applicant must meet the eligibility criteria defined for each specific offer. Eligibility may be based on factors such as age, occupation, status, or other qualifying attributes and must be verified at the time of new service activation, plan change, or renewal.

Verification

  • Applicants must present valid proof of eligibility with an official photo identification or supporting documentation.

  • Acceptable forms of ID include:

    • Diamond Discount: A valid Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID, Government-Issued ID, Guam ID

    • Student Starter: A valid school ID, enrollment verification form, current class schedule, or most recent report card.

Student Starter

  • Postpaid Plans Students can enjoy monthly savings off Postpaid Fresh Plans upon subscription of services

    • Receive $4.50 OFF the Fresh Starter Plan (regularly $30/month) — available to qualifying student residential subscribers in Guam and CNMI.

  • In-Store Benefits

    • 10% OFF select accessories

*To sign up for Student Starter, customers must visit any DOCOMO PACIFIC retail location. Verification is required and students must meet the age requirement of 18 and below. Annual reverification is required to continue the student starter plan.

Diamond Discounts for Seniors

  • LINK Bundles* Seniors can enjoy more monthly saving off bundles upon subscription of services. Click here create your own Diamond Discount for Seniors bundle.

    • Enjoy an additional $10 OFF LINK Bundles when you subscribe to Internet and Mobile bundles or Internet, Mobile, and Entertainment or Home Phone Services.
      • Home Phone Discounts applicable to Trio and Quad Bundles only.
    • Enjoy an additional $30 OFF LINK bundles monthly when you subscribe to a Quad bundle with Internet, Mobile, Entertainment and Home Phone services.

    • Receive $5 OFF $40 Access Plan or $60 Access Plan for eligible Guam Senior Residential subscribers.

Diamond Discount for Seniors cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.

*To avail of the benefit, customers must formally sign up for the promotional rates. Diamond Discount for Seniors LINK bundles and Postpaid Access Plans discounts are valid 12-months from the date of activation. Diamond Discount for Seniors dFi+ Internet Ala Carte discounts are valid 90-days from the date of activation. After the promotional period, standard retail rates will apply and will appear as a line item on the billing statement. To continue Diamond Discount for Seniors, subscriber must renew plan as the main subscriber at any Docomo Pacific location.
