Your login process has changed.

  • Click on "MY DOCOMO PACIFIC SERVICE LOGIN"
  • Enter your "Username" (New Account Number)
    Note: Your new account number now includes an “M” in the beginning and an "X1" at the end (ex: M12345X1). Your account number is located at the top right corner of your billing statement.
  • Enter your current 4 or 5 digit pin/password
  • Click "Login"
  • Accept the MY DOCOMO PACIFIC Terms & Conditions
  • Change/update your Username & Password
  • Register your CPNI Information
  • You will then be directed to your MY DOCOMO PACIFIC account.

FUSION Bundle Customer Notice:

Payments for your FUSION Bundle services are now combined within your Mobile Account. Login using your existing MY DOCOMO PACIFIC Username & Password.
