What is Device Replacement Plan?

If your device is non-responsive or has operational issues, Device Replacement Plan allows you to replace your device up to 2 times per year. Device Replacement Plan helps you avoid high device replacement costs.


  • Low monthly subscription of $7.99 (required MyPlan M or higher)
  • No monthly subscription for MyShare plans
  • $150 replacement cost, per device claim
  • Replacement device of equal or greater value
  • Up to 2 wireless devices and rolling 12 month period.


Claim Process

  1. Request
    • Simply call the Device Replacement hotline 1-671-689-SAVE (7283) to initiate the service request or visit one of our DOCOMO PACIFIC retail locations for assistance.
  2. Replacement
    • The replacement device will be available for pick up at our Tamuning, Micronesia Mall and Agana Shopping Center retail locations.
  3. Pay & go home happy
    • Pay the replacement price.

Limits and Conditions to Cover

Replacement Equipment supplied by DOCOMO PACIFIC under the Service Contract is limited to a maximum of 2 wireless devices and rolling 12 month period.

Subject to the following conditions:

  • Replacement request is accepted
  • Initial device purchased from DOCOMO PACIFIC is returned and wiped
  • Replacement fee of $150 is paid upon claim
  • All monthly fees payable under this Service Contract are paid or not overdue.

What is not covered?

  • Incidental or consequential damages
  • Loss theft, abuse, misuse, improper installation, willful damage, or destruction by the customer
  • Pre-existing Operation Failures of the covered equipment occurring before the time it was established as the covered equipment
  • Failure caused by war, terrorism, strike, embargo, acts of government/military, acts of God or natural disasters


  • 20 days from your receipt of this service contract in store at the time of sale
  • 30 days from your receipt of this service contract by mail
