  1. What is Roaming?

    Roaming is a service that allows our subscribers to use their mobile phone outside of the Guam service area.
  2. Can I use my mobile phone in other countries?

    Yes. You can use your mobile phone to make and receive calls to over 70 countries around the world.
  3. What do I need to do to activate Roaming Service?

    Contact our Customer Care Department at (671) 688-2273 (CARE) to verify that your phone is roaming capable or if your phone has the latest software upgrade to ensure the best coverage while roaming.
  4. Will receiving and placing calls change while I am roaming abroad?

    To receive a call while you are roaming, callers should dial your number as they would if you were on Guam. In placing a call, you will need to follow the domestic or international dialing instructions for the destination or country that you are roaming in. Contact our Customer Care Department at (671) 688-2273 (CARE) or visit our website at www.docomopacific.com for dialing instructions. 
  5. Will my voice features work while I am roaming abroad?

    Yes. Features such as Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, and 3-Way Calling can be used while you are traveling.
  6. Can I use my Voicemail service while roaming?

    Yes. To check your voicemail while roaming, dial 1+671+689-MAIL (6245). When you hear the tone, press the #** keys. When asked for your caller password, enter your cellular number. When you hear the greeting, press “0” during the greeting. Airtime and long distance charges will apply.
  7. What is the cost for roaming service?

    Cost for Roaming Service varies depending on the destination or country that you are traveling too. Contact our Customer Care at (671) 688-2273 (CARE) to obtain the specific country roaming cost.
  8. How will I be billed for roaming?

    Roaming charges will appear on your DOCOMO PACIFIC bill and will be separated from your monthly charges. Roaming minutes are not part of the free minutes of a plan.
  9. Will services such as E-Mail, SMS, and Data work while I am roaming?

    This is dependent both on the country you are traveling to as well as the type of mobile handset you have. Contact our Customer Care Department at (671) 688-2273 to verify if you will be able to access these services while traveling abroad.
