DOCOMO PACIFIC offers all qualified Low-Income Subscribers a Link-Up/Lifeline Program.

Link-Up funding provides customers a discount for connection charges upon a activation of service. Lifeline funding is available to offset DOCOMO PACIFIC subscribers' monthly service charges.

A subscriber must be participating in one of the following federal assistance programs or provide documentation that their household income is at or below 135% of the FPG to be eligible for the Link Up and Lifeline programs:

• Medicaid
• Food Stamps
• Supplemental Security Income
• Federal Public Housing Assistance
• Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program
• Temporary Assistance to Needy Family Program (TANF)
• National School Lunch's Free Lunch Program (NSL)

The eligible member (subscriber) must:

• Sign a document provided by DOCOMO PACIFIC certifying under penalty of perjury that the eligible member receives benefits from one of the programs listed above.
• On the same document, the eligible member must also agree to notify DOCOMO PACIFIC if the eligible member ceases to participate in one of the programs listed above.
• Eligible members must present proof of eligibility in any of the above programs.

A fixed wireless plan will be applicable to subscriber:
$7.99 / Month
100 minutes of airtime,
Additional airtime charged at $0.30 / minute

Unlimited Weekends and Weekends/Weeknights is not available for this program. Activation Fee: Waived Security Deposit: $50.00
