1. What dollar amounts can be sent?

a. Option 1 allows $2, $5, $10 and $20 to be sent. Any other dollar value will result in an Error Message. Option 2 sends WHOLE Prepaid Card loads, therefore the amounts allowed is $5, $10 and $20 cards.

2. How often can a load be sent?

a. A maximum of 2 transactions within a 24 hour period is allowed.

3. Can I send or receive load credits from another carrier?

a. No. This service is only available to DOCOMO PACIFIC subscribers.

4. Will sending load credits extend my expiration date?

a. Only using Option 2 (?113?) method will extend an expiration date. Expiration date is extended another 30 days from the time of transaction.

5. Is there a fee for this service?

a. No. This value added service is free for all DOCOMO PACIFIC Subscribers.

6. Can credit loads be sent between DOCOMO PACIFIC Guam and Saipan?

a. Yes. Just remember to use the proper area code preceding the mobile number you are sending the credit load to.
