GETTING YOUR SMART PHILIPPINE NUMBER IS AS EASY AS 1 - 4 - 3!

• 1. Text SMART PINOY ON to 143.
• 2. You will receive the following message on your phone:

RRN – *Retrieval Reference Number: Keep this number for reference should you have any questions about your SMART Pinoy service.

• 3. Reply with Y to activate your SMART PINOY account.
• 4. Customer will receive a final SMS confirming activation along with their SMART PINOY number.

• 5. Reply with the option of your choice.

In the following example, PLDT Unlimited 1 Day option chosen.

• 6. You will receive the following message:

To utilize BUNDLED SERVICE PIN:

• i. Dial *143
• ii. Follow the voice prompts to proceed with your call.

• 7. You will then receive an additional SMS:

• 8. You will receive a confirmation text with your new SMART Philippine number!

• 9. You’re all set! Send your SMART Philippine number to your loved ones in the Philippines and enjoy receiving calls and text messages at local Philippine rates.
