By proceeding to use DOCOMO PACIFIC Online Payment Solution, the User understands and agrees to the following:
- The User is responsible for properly inputing the correct information, any incorrect entries of account number, invoice number, or mobile number will not be the responsibility of DOCOMO PACIFIC.
- Payments made through the Online Payment Solution, require 2 Business days to post to their DOCOMO PACIFIC Account.
- The User is responsible for making online payments to accommodate posting times; the user is still responsible for Finance Charges should the online payment post after the Invoice due date of each month.
- Payment Processing is done entirely by Authorize.net®, our secure online payment gateway. DOCOMO PACIFIC does not process any transactions or pass secure information to and from Authorize.net®.
- Customers that participate in our Airlines MileagePlus Program are required to pay their bill online no later then the 13th of each month in order to receive eligible Airlines MileagePlus Program.
This terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as this "Terms and Conditions") are applicable to the website under www.docomopacific.com Any persons who accesses and browses this Site (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall read this Terms and Conditions set forth below before accessing and browsing this Site, and shall agree and accept this Terms and Conditions without any limitation or reservation. DOCOMO PACIFIC may, at any time and at its sole and exclusive discretion, change, alter, modify, add, and/or remove any parts or whole of this Terms and Conditions.
