Keeping with the technology of the new millennium, GUAMCELL proudly announced JET TEXT Messaging Service in November. Available to all digital customers with FREE INCOMING JET TEXT MESSAGES! This service is also accessible via www.guamcell.net

April 1, GUAMCELL announced that texting to and from Hong Kong is now available to our subscribers. This is just another added destination that subscribers can text to in addition to the Philippines and the US. Subscribers can now text to family and friends in Hong Kong. Also, this month, GUAMCELL partnered with Chikka, a popular texting based company in the Philippines to launch Instant Messaging. Users can now send IM messages to Thailand, Japan, US (Cingular) and the Philippines. With FX Instant Messaging, users can never leave their buddies behind because IM messages can also be received on their mobile phones. Registered users can send IM messages from mobile to mobile, mobile to PC, PC to Mobile or PC to PC.

In Addition, on April, GUAMCELL launched and was the first and only company on the island to offer XPRESS, the fastest way to surf the web, 5 times faster on dial-up or aircard. Internet and Surf FX subscribers just had to download XPress from the website and in minutes, start enjoying fast internet connection and download faster!

GUAMCELL Communications launched TxtFX, an enhanced messaging texting service that allows users to get their horoscopes, daily dose of biblical verses & quotes, movie schedules, chat, play triva and much, much more. GUAMCELL again established the leader in the market by being the first to offer this enhanced messagin service.

From January leading to the big launch in April, GUAMCELL launched every week a new TxtFX service.

In March, Saipan branch - SAIPANCELL opened a new location. SAIPANCELL opened its doors with a kiosk located at Price Costco.

In April 16, GUAMCELL Communications launch FX. A whole new suite of services for your wireless phone. From Pix FX to Direct FX, the possibilities are endless.

In June 11, 2004, Saipan branch - SAIPANCELL announced its new design store. Formerly located next to First Hawaiian Bank, Gualo Rai, SAIPANCELL is just moving a few doors down. Now located next to Pizza Hut, SAIPANCELL opened with a new look and new way to phone shopping. When you enter the store, you'll see a demonstrated interactive showcase for customers, equipped with 40" plasma screens.

On June, GUAMCELL launched DSL, with rock solid reliability and great customer service 7 days a week. Island residents can now expect DSL at competitive rates, the best customer service and support from highly trained staff and support on the Island. GUAMCELL even stressed that we offer more hours of service on Saturdays compared to the competitors and the ONLY company that offered support and service on Sundays.

December, 2004 - GUAMCELL partners with Philippines company to launch Autoload Max. This services enables everybody on Guam and Saipan to send prepaid minutes or what they call it as - loads to friends and families in the Philippines. Customers would just need to stop by any of the convenient locations in Guam or Saipan and request for a load to be sent. In just minutes, 150, 300, 500 or 1000 pesos will be sent instantly to your family or friend on their GLOBE or Touch Mobile phone.

January brought new rewards for GUAMCELL customers! In addition to our current V.I.P. Rewards program, GUAMCELL partnered with Continental airlines to provide One Pass Rewards to current account users.

Roam the Globe with your GUAMCELL cell phone! January also brought the convenience of taking your compatible phone with you to the U.S. Mainland, Hawaii, and Hong Kong.

In February, services to South Korea opened up for Roaming customers.

GUAMCELL proudly announced expanded DIGITAL coverage to SAIPANCELL Communications customers in the month of March! With digital services, SAIPANCELL customers can access all the great digital features like; JetText Messaging, Roaming Services, Digital Voicemail and More!

Great news for the enthusiastic JetText service users, March and April opened up JetText Messaging services to Saipan and the Philippines. Users with compatible phones could send JetText messages to SMART and GLOBE subscribers and receive JetText messages from GLOBE subscribers in the Philippines.

In April, SAIPANCELL Communications launched long distance in Saipan. SAIPANCELL expanded its services by offering long distance travel cards and authorization cards for easy calling anywhere with low competitive rates.

GO! Voicemail! GUAMCELL and SAIPANCELL customers on the Prepaid GO! Service started receiving Digital voicemail on their digital cell phones in the month of May.

GUAMCELL Communications Proudly announces their community involvement with the GUAM CRIME STOPPERS! In May, GUAMCELL established the *HELP (*4357 - send) number accessible from your GUAMCELL postpaid and prepaid cell phones. The newly established number connects the "on the go" user to the GUAM CRIME STOPPERS Hotline for the community to report crimes safely following the strict guidelines provided by the GUAM CRIME STOPPERS. GUAMCELL also donated a cell phone for the GUAM CRIME STOPPERS Coordinator, cellular access and domain hosting services for the organization.

In October, GUAMCELL Communications General Manager and Senior Vice President, Jay Shedd decided to resign from the company after 9 years to explore a different challenge in the states. Mark Chamberlin, then Vice-President gets promoted to President.
