Before you leave

  1. Before travelling, determine the frequency in which your cell phone operates. If you are unable to locate your cell phone's frequency, you may reference your cell phone's make and model here or call Customer Care at 688-CARE. To determine compatibility of your cell phone's frequency and the frequency used at your destination, click on link below for our expansive Roaming Destination Guide.

*A Quad-Band (850/900/1800/1900) cell phone would be the most supported internationally. Japan and South Korea requires a 2100 MHz 3G cell phone. CDMA cell phone users, please bring in to Customer Service Center for PRL (Preferred Roaming List) update.
