New Prepaid Loading Instructions

Effective December 10, 2014, we will be revising our Prepaid loading instructions to provide you with easy options to check balance, load using prepaid card, load using a credit card, load another number and Pass-A-Load on your phone. You can choose among the following options: Using Keypad, Using Menu Screen, or Using Voice Prompts. These methods are enabled so you can choose one that is easiest for you to access based on the type of phone you use. Please follow the instructions as shown below:

Option 1: Using Keypad

To Load A Prepaid Card

  1. Dial *111*PIN Number# Call


  2. Confirmation message with updated balance will appear.


To Check Your Balance

  1. Dial *112*# Call


  2. Current balance and expiration date will appear.


To Pass-A-Load

Pass-A-Load is to transfer any amount available in your balance to another DOCOMO PACIFIC Prepaid number.

  1. Dial *115*Phone Number*Amount# Call


  2. Confirmation message will appear.


If account has insufficient funds, the following message will appear: We're sorry but there's not enough load on your account to complete this transfer. Please enter a different amount.

To Load Another Number

Load Another Number is to load the full amount of a Prepaid card by a DOCOMO PACIFIC Prepaid/Postpaid mobile number to a DOCOMO PACIFIC Prepaid number.

  1. Dial *113*PIN Number*Phone number# Call


  2. Confirmation message will appear.


Option 2: Using Menu Screen

To Load A Prepaid Card

  1. Dial *110*# Call to access the Menu Screen.


  2. A menu will appear on the screen. To Load with Prepaid card, Select 4 and press Send.


  3. Enter Prepaid Card number and press Send.


  4. Confirmation message with updated balance will appear.


To Check Your Balance

  1. Dial *110*# Call to access the Menu Screen.


  2. A menu will appear on the screen. To Check Balance, Select 1 and press Send.


  3. Current balance and expiration date will appear.


The use of the Menu Screen when entering *110*#Call also provides you with options to Load with Credit Card, Load Another Number, and Pass-A-Load.

To Load With Credit Card

  1. Dial *110*# Call to access the Menu Screen.


  2. A menu will appear on the screen. To Load with Credit card, Select 3 and press Send.


  3. Current balance and expiration date will appear. Enter amount to add, press Send.


  4. Enter credit card information:
    Enter the credit card number (no dashes or spaces), and press Send.



    Enter the card expiration date using 4 digits (MMYY), and press Send.



    Enter the CVV code. This is found at the back of the credit card. For American Express card, this is found at the front of the credit card.



  5. Confirmation message with reference number, balance and expiration date will appear.


To Load Another Number

Load Another Number is to load the full amount of a Prepaid card by a DOCOMO PACIFIC Prepaid mobile number to a DOCOMO PACIFIC Prepaid number.

  1. Dial *110*# Call to access the Menu Screen.


  2. A menu will appear on the screen. To Load Another Number, select 5 and press Send.


  3. Enter the 10 digit phone number to load and press Send.


  4. Enter Prepaid Card Number, press Send.


  5. Confirmation message will appear.


To Pass-A-Load

Pass-A-Load is to transfer any amount available in your balance to another DOCOMO PACIFIC Prepaid number.

  1. Dial *110*# Call to access the Menu Screen.


  2. A menu will appear on the screen. To Pass-A-Load, select 6 and press Send.


  3. Enter the 10 digit phone number to transfer load to, press Send.


  4. You can choose to send whole balance or partial balance:
    1. To transfer whole balance, enter 1 and press Send.



      You will be asked to verify the transfer request. Enter 1 to Continue (or * to Cancel)



      Confirmation message will appear.


    2. To Transfer partial amount, enter 2 and press Send.



      Enter amount to transfer.



      You will be asked to verify the transfer request. Enter 1 to Continue (or * to Cancel)



      Confirmation message will appear.

If account has insufficient funds, the following message will appear: We're sorry but there's not enough load on your account to complete this transfer. Please enter a different amount.

Option 3: Using Voice Prompts

To Load A Prepaid Card or Check Your balance

  1. Dial 555 Call
  2. A voice will guide you through the process to load or check balance.
